How to pay less

The British Council describes offline payment by interbank fund transfer as its most economical route. Card payments in rupees are settled in foreign currency, so your statement can differ from the listed price. Other test partners price independently, and secondary sources have reported figures a little lower, so compare before you book.

  • Check the live price on the booking page on the day.
  • Pay offline if you are comfortable doing it within the 3-day payment window.
  • Book a date that leaves room for a retake, rather than paying a rush fee later.
  • If one section lets you down, ask about One Skill Retake within 60 days.

Do not pay for leaked papers

Misconduct can cancel your results and ban you. Use official practice material instead. See the preparation plan.
